Together with Tilman Dingler, Yomna Abdelrahman, Chris Hadnagy, and Abbie Marono, I will be organizing a Dagstuhl seminar on Social Engineering in November 2023.

With Yomna Abdelrahman and PAssant ElAgroudy I will be General Chair for MobileHCI 2025. We will organize the conference in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.
I will be the responsible editor for the PACM HCI ISS Track in 2024. Papers accepted in the February and July submission round will be presented at the ACM ISS 2024 conference in Seattle, US in October.
I will serve another year for the CHI Subcommittee on “Usability and User Experience”. Looking forward to work with Magy Seif, Keith Vertanen and Lynne Bailly.
I took over the role as Steering Committee Chair of the MUM Conference Series from Timo Ojala, who has been SC Chair for 17 years. I am looking forward to advance MUM into the role model of an inclusive conference that attract both young and established researchers from a diverse community.
To establish the new review and publication process, I committed to be the Technical Program Chair for Mensch und Computer 2020. The paper chairs will be Stefan Schneegass (University of Duisburg-Essen) and Eva Hornecker (Bauhaus University Weimar).
A full paper on interruptions I co-authored together with Ceenu George from LMU Muinch was accepted for publication at DIS 2019 in San Diego.
Two of our papers were accepted for publication at Interact 2019 in Cyprus.
I accepted being one of the chair for the Usability and UX subcommitte for CHI 2020. My co-chair will be Julie Williamson from the University of Glasgow
